Please fill out the following information to book your Tasting and Consultation. We will provide up to 3 different flavour + filling combinations in the form of cupcakes. You can get up to 3 copies of each unique combination.
You can use the "Choose File" button under "Upload a Cake Design Photo" to attach a photo as a reference for the design of the cake. This is Optional.
The cost is $5 per cupcake and $10 for the consultation.
