- Mimozas - Cakes with Finesse is a small private bakery that focuses on making beautiful, affordable wedding cakes you have to try to believe.
Where We Are Located
- We are located at 273 West 16th Street in Hamilton Ontario.
What We Do
- We make Custom Wedding Cakes and Delicious Regular Cakes as well as Italian and French pastries, cakes, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, cake pops and many more delicious goodies.
- We cater to a variety of events such as weddings, parties, birthdays, communions, graduations, showers, stags, bachelor & bachelorette parties, social gatherings, and more.

Payment Methods
- We accept payment by all the major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or UnionPay. We also accept Debit or Cash and Interac e-Transfer.
Delivery
- We offer delivery to and around the Greater Hamilton Area including Missisauga, Oakville, Burlington, Brantford, Guelph, Cambridge, Caledonia, St. Catherines and Niagara Falls. If you live near these areas or are unsure if we will deliver to your area please give us a call at (905) 807-8869.
- We require at least 7 days notice when placing an Order for Delivery or Pickup. We recommend longer than that to avoid any risks associated with last minute purchases.
- We will deliver your order from 8:00AM to 11:00PM and you can pick up your order from 8:00AM to 8:00PM.

Cake Toppers & Props
Regarding Wedding Cakes: We do not offer Props, Decorations, and Cake Toppers outside of simpler things like ribbons and edible decorations.
Regarding Custom Cakes: We offer Props and Decorations for Custom Cakes so long as you give us enough time to purchase and work with said products and where dificulty and price of attaining such items is reasonable.
Regarding Smaller Delights: You can also bring us unique props for smaller delights such as cupcakes or cookies.
